Looking for a part for a Troy Bilt 34063 5HP-42" STD. model #- 34063

Hello,
I am looking for a Eccentric Arm Assembly part #-1773565 for the above mentioned piece of equipment.  If anyone knows a dealer or individual that has one, please let me know.  It would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you
