Generac 3300i won’t run off choke

Hi all. I have a generac 3300i purchased new in 2021 with about 2 hours on it. I start it a few times a year but really haven’t needed it. Recently I fired it up for a routine start but it will only run on choke. What I have done so far:
-drained gas and added fresh gas
-removed and completely cleaned the carb
-changed spark plug
-cleaned breather hoses

Still no change. Plug is getting black and running dry. Doesn’t seem like it’s getting enough gas when choke is off.

I kind of stuck. I see there is an air screw but it just seems that it’s not getting enough fuel. And not sure where to set the screwThing is like brand new. Any guidance is much appreciated!!!

First, make sure fuel is getting to the carb.  Pull the line and see if it flows.

If there's a solenoid on the bottom of the carb, make sure you can feel it click when you turn the switch to run.  There's a needle in there that is supposed to open and allow fuel in. if it doesn't, the engone won't run.

Lastly, did you pull the main jet out and the long , skinny jet under it?  Those MUST BE CLEAR..

There is no run switch. Just pull start, The kill switch is the same nob for the choke

I pulled the bowl off the carb and sprayed it all out. I can pull it back apart and try again. I didn't see any jets to pull out.

Pay particular attention to 6:39 and on.
The main jet and long skinny jet (under it) have to come out and cleaned.

    They must be spotless...

Thank you. Great video. BUT, I was unable to get the jet out. No matter what screwdriver I tried it seems corroded in there.

Would you have advice on what carb this is? I may see if I can just buy a new one and start fresh with precision maintenance, etc.  My model is the 3300i but all enclosed unlike the one in the video. Not sure if they run the same carb or not. Thanks so much.

If the head is not buggered up yet try this:

Carefully clamp the carb in a vise, jets facing up.  Carb cleaner and then penetratingly oil.
Grind down a screwdriver to fit in the hole and perfectly in the jet.  Lean super hard on the screw  driver and hopefully it'll come out.

The main jet(with that screw head)is likely clogged as is the jet behind it. Spraying carb cleaner
INTO THAT HOLE should get it running. How well, depends on how dirty the jet is behind there..

Look up your specific engine for the carb.
All carbs work the same (different designs) but being a "suitcase" generator makes it a bit more difficult
to work on. Cleaning the carb is basically the same. Some may have an additional jet.  But the 2 posted
    jets are the main ones..

If you can't find your carb on that link, do a search with your model and serial #.
