Adding electric start to CH395

Good morning, does anyone know if electric start can be added to a CH395-3271 engine? I have a pretty good idea whats involved, just want to know if the parts and mounting points are available/present. The engine is on a log splitter. Thank you

I don't know specs but you could always weld brackets on.. you'll need a flywheel and magneto or other charging system for battery
