Natural gas inlet

Noticed this threaded hole above my natural gas hook up on my 7.5 kw generac. I'm getting ready to start it. Should there be a plug in this? See picture

    Nothing posted.

A model would help as well for at least the engine...

Can you describe where this threaded hole is?

New members often have to wait to post pic's

If you find your engine (a simple search) and post the Link to it, you can post, by the part #, what your looking at..

Ok I've searched the web for generac model G0069981 They had no pics but plenty for other models.part # none I could find. I could come up with it's a generic OHV 1 cylinder displacement 420cc.
Product date 20240620. Maybe you tell me the site to go to.

Is this threaded hole in the engine, or the control panel, or?

A picture posted would solve my problem. I'll try contacting customer support.

Well I called generac. That was a joke. I went out and looked at the gas regulator. I was looking down that hole for an adjustment screw. I shined a light and you could see the floor. I'm going to have to guess this is a thread to add a propane line?
Anyway it should be safe for me to start.
    Thanks everyone for the help

Oh yeah if someone else has the same mystery problem I did find the part # using the serial # and model number on generacs site .part#= OL3058 ITS A Gas regulator. To get the cap generac tried selling me the whole regulator! I just brought the damned thing! The generator that is.
    (Now I'm done posting) 😂
