Generator voltage issue

Hey guys… I have a Gentrax GTX3500 Inverter Generator that is only producing approx. 150 volts through each of its AC power points. It can power a lamp or a fan but will overload and cut out with a hairdryer. Is this a common issue with Generators?

Yes it is. Generator motor and RPM’s seem fine. Keep in mind this is a second hand generator that I purchased believe it was in good working condition, which I was led to believe by the previous owner.
