Honda GX390 Charge Coils

I have a GX390 brought to me for repair.  Regulator was not capable of outputting 13.5 volts due to regulator being bad and disconnected.  At the time I did not know there were multiple amperage options.  Bought a 20 Amp regulator, Result = No output.  Found the Honda Charging system troubleshooting diagram that showed the ohm and voltage output values for the different charge coils.  My charge coil shows to be 0.2 ohms or less, output is 24V AC.  I assumed a 10 amp charging system and purchased the Honda OEM 10 amp regulator and charge coils.  Installing the Honda 10 amp regulator, results = No output.

I pulled the flywheel off today and and installed the 10 amp coils    The 10 amp coils fit the bolt holes on the engine but the Flywheel will not fit now due to the diameter of the coils being too large.
The original charge coil frame has 4 coils on it and the flywheel has 4 magnets in it.
Can someone advise me on which charge coil that would be from the attached picture?
