Briggs and Stratton 18hp V-TWIN motor# 350777-1137-E1

This motor is on John Deere GT235 lawnmower motor# 350777-1137-E1.

I just bought it and this vacuum line wasn't hooked up, it's on front left side of carb (looking at it). Does anyone know where it goes ? Could you please tell me so I can hook it up properly. There is a second hole in the air filter backing plate just below the main PVC hole but its a little big for the vacuum line. I will include pictures. Thank you in advance.

Is there an actual nipple on the carb, (between the throttle and block), or?

Looking at the carb pic I posted earlier, there doesn't show anything.

RARELY is there a vent tube in the carb- Sometimes in the area of the float bowl
SHOULD the needle and seat leak, overflow fuel would EXIT the engine and NOT
    go into the combustion chamber....

Some machines, the fuel tank vents into the intake system, not into the atmosphere
but that's usually for smaller engines...
