It'd help to know what BRAND ENGINE, HP, MODEL, age, etc...

Any recent work, is the mower new to you, ANY other info / important info helps...

Sorry, its a Toro 7.25 190cc briggs and straton. This is my neighbors mower. 2 years ago her son replaced the carb. mdl is128M02-3456-B1. Right now i ordered a new needle valve and bowl seal. Just waiting for its arrival. Hoping maybe this will work.
Thanks for responding, hopefully you can help. Let me know is you need anything else.. I dont know the age but is not new.

First time working on this one. It is my neighbor's mower.. Her son replaced the carb 2 years ago,, so she ran it but still had the no start when hot. The model number of the briggs and straton motor is  128M02-3456-B1. I did notice that after i replaced the magneto when i tried to start when it was hot it almost seem like it was going to start, but trying again had the same result (no start) The mower itself is a Toro "Guaranteed to Start" 7.25 190CC.
Thanks for responding so quickly hopefully this will help

    OK, couple things.

You replaced the magneto or ignition coil?   Aftermarket or OEM?

First, install a new, known good spark plug (Champion preferred-gapped at .030").
When it doesn't want to start , pull the plug, ground to the head and look for spark.
You may have a coil failing once hot...

If you have spark, try spraying some carb / brake cleaner down the throat of the
carb and see if it licks off momentarily.  If it does, you have a fueling issue.

Lastly, go over /check EVERYTHING that young man touched, might have touched-
    Super important..

Use the parts diagram to make sure everything is there:
