MTD PINTO 13A6064-678 PINTO (2001)

Hi there:
 
Have recently been given this machine (not working) and need recommendations for trusted websites : (1) to download a parts/operation manual (can't find one in English anywhere!) (2) to order parts (I'll start with the carburetor).  
 
Could never afford a machine like this new and strimming 2 acres of grass is an effort with a bad back so I live in hope! 
 
Any help or recommendations really appreciated...

    I don't see anything for that model # in English, or for US consumers.
     
    Now for the engine, if you post a MAKE, HP and especially a MODEL #, that
    we can probably find...

    So this is the lawn tractor I have (if photo uploads) and will investigate engine ID asap

    So the engine info available is: Briggs and Stratton YBSXS. 1901VE 274474. If you’re able to let me know exactly what the 3 groupings refer to, that would be great!
