23 hp Kawasaki

23 hp FH680V-CS20 runs ok for 5 to 10 minutes.  Dies like the gas is shut off.  Will not restart without priming the carb.  Have changed the fuel pump (twice), cleaned the fuel tank pickup screens. Changed the fuel filter. Starter will spin the engine but it will not start ...... plugs are dry.  Any suggestions??

    Try running the machine with the fuel cap loose.
     
    If it's not venting, with a full tank of fuel, it'll cause a vacuum in the tank-literally running out of gas....
    The fuller the tank, the worse and more often it'll quit.  
     
    Advise.
