Control Bracket for 111P02-0113-F1 briggs and stratton

Control Bracket for 111P02-0113-F1 briggs and stratton

I am trying to find a control bracket for a water pressure briggs and stratton that I bought that is missing it.  I am having bad luck as it seems they use the same part number for lawn mowers and pressure washer.
 
OEM Briggs and Stratton control bracket 796482 is the part number.
 
This is what it should look like but the part seems to the same number for the mower version? Is there any alternative? 

 
This is what I usually find with that number but I want the above. Is there an alternative?

    I looked everywhere and I couldn't find anything like that.  
     
    Does the machine have (or should) an adjustable throttle?
    (should see something on the cover)
     
    The mower engines now-a-days have a none adjustable throttle.
    Some pressure washers have an adjustable throttle..

    I don’t think it has. All videos I saw have that part I posted.
