Tecumseh transmission

I have an old mower that has been painted many times.  I believe it is a Skagg walk behind with a Kawasaki engine and a Tecumseh Peerless transmission.  The transmission finally died.  How would I tell what the model number is for the gearbox so I can order the correct one?

Peerless traansmissions are not hard to repair, there should be a data plate riveted to the case. Unfortunately Tecumseh disappeared about 15 years ago, apparently Husqvarna took over the Peerless division but I don't know if the support the early models.

They don't...As many of the parts are NLA. I had to kill several Murray riders last year because I couldn't obtain the needed transaxle parts.

I have a peerless 700-079 transmission. It is leaking fluid out of the output shafts. I need to find the brass bushings. Gears and everything else for the transmission are good just leaks a lot of fluid and gets on the belts underneath.
