tecumseh starter mount screws

I have a snow blower that lost it's starter mount screws.
I can find numbers which I think are what I want, but can't find specs on bolts.
Tecumseh @TPC-30063 or Jacks 650990
I need the thread, size, and length.
Mail order too long, nearest dealer an hour away, would like to try to find locally, but need specs....

In a pinch any 1/4-20 x 1/2 Philips screw would work. All depends on how bad you need to get it running. Almost wish we had enough snow to need a snow blower today! Right now we just have mud!

Actually I believe the starter screws on the older engines would have been hex head with the Phillips option in them I know back when my blowers were new Torx had not been invented!

Even mud is better than the lake I call my yard. It got down to mud yesterday but it is raining again. Heck my chickens are thinking growing web feet.

If my thinking is correct these screws are the same ones that Husqvarna uses on the deck spindle safety covers.
