First apparently you don't understand how a two cycle works. Fuel mix in doesn't go directly to the top of the cylinder but has to go through the lower crankcase first then via porting to the upper cylinder. Crankcase must properly sealed for this to happen.
Wet plug is a sign of either of four things. Plugged exhaust, lost of spark or wrong spark timing, loss of compression (must be at least 100+ PSI to even to hit), or flooding caused by a leaky carburetor ( needle/seat, incorrect metering height, or stiffen metering diaphragm. Stihl saws usually have around 140+ compression but runs good as low 120 psi.
Since you have now disassemble the engine you may also have a crankcase pressure/vacuum problems cause by lack of proper sealing.
Sounds like the best for you to do since you do not understand how two cycles work is to have a qualified tech repair the chainsaw or just buy a new saw.
