Honda mower HRR216 with GCV160 engine swap to GSV190?

I have a Honda mower, HRR216 with a GCV160 engine that's burning oil.  It's been a great mower and still in good shape.  Can I swap GSV190 engine in it's place.  Looking for the cast iron cylinder liners on the GSV190 to last longer than the aluminum on the GCV160.  From the specs I've seen they both have a 7/8" x 3 5/32" shaft.  Am I missing something else?

I don't have much to offer here except my experience swapping out a bent crankshaft on my GCV160.  What I did learn that may save you from making a terrible mistake is that there are hundreds of variants of this engine for different purposes.  Not all crankshafts are the same.  The PTO end could be a different length, shape and could be keyed completely different from your existing which may prevent you from reinstalling all parts back to the way it was.  I have a blade brake/clutch on my mower (I love the feature of it not shutting off just because I let go of the handle...blade disengages but engine still idles).  With that feature, I have a uniquely-shaped PTO shaft end.  Anyways, just something to consider.  You'd need to ensure the PTO shaft length and key will swap over.  Other than that, I can't see a reason why you couldn't swap...unless mounting holes to the mower deck are spaced differently.
That said, the GCV160 comes apart pretty easily...I might consider just replacing the piston rings and some other cheap parts while I have it apart (valves, timing belt, etc)
