Ducar (CHonda) Oil Filter

I have a Westinghouse WGen12000DF portable generator that is powered by a DUCAR 713cc v-twin. It has a spin-on oil filter. I have spent hours truing to find a national brand filter so I don't have to order replacements from Westinghouse. Does anyone happen to have a cross-reference or an online resource for identifying / finding parts for these chinese "small engines"?

Any help is much appreciated.

THANKS!!!!

I don't know about the Ducar engine. Westinghouse claims it is a Westinghouse engine. But my WGen12000DF is using or will be using these parts (based on measurements and reference material):

Fram EXTRA GUARD FLEXIBLE PANEL AIR FILTER CA8040 (actually installed and using)
Trim about 1/16 – 1/8 inch from all four sides of rubber gasket.
Fits: 1996 – 2000 Honda Civic CX, DX, LW with 1.6L gas engine.

Fram EXTRA GUARD SPIN-ON OIL FILTER PH4967 or XG4967 (actually installed and using)
Fits: ¾ - 16, Briggs and Stratton Intek, Vanguard, V-Twin, 3 Cylinder and diesel, Kawasaki V-Twin, Onan, Generac, Toro, Suzuki, Robin Subaru V-Twin, Kohler V-Twin, Kubota, Buell, etc….

Spark plug, I think (have not confirmed) it is a Denso 5357 cross referenced to:

And for ease of oil draining I installed a drain hose from Amazon - RuggedMade 14mm Oil Changing Drain Port Hose

I hope this is accurate and helps those out there looking for options to get parts somewhere other than Westinghouse.

Here's what I ended up finding...
Westinghouse recommended replacement part 751-12690 specs...
Thread size: 3/4-16, Gasket ID: 2.173", Gasket OD: 2.475". Bypass PSI: 8

WIX 57890 matches the specs & looks to match exactly to the recommended replacement, however that replacement # is is alot shorter than the original that came on the unit at only 2.11". This obviously means less filter media = not a good thing. I don't have the length/height of the original, but it was quite a bit longer. Having said that, I've been using the 57890 for the past couple changes without any issue, but more media in the largest workable filter is better, so... I did more searching and found WIX 51395 has all the exact same specs, but is 2.997" long/high. This is it! BUT... It's a bit pricey and not always in stock @ Oreilly's Auto Parts who carries WIX. With this info, you can cross-reference to whatever you want. You'll find that both the 57890 & 51395 crosses to very common small engine filters and that's more evidence that these are good to go.

    https://www.oilfilter-cro....com/convert/Wix/51395

BTW... If you value your metal, you will never use a Fram oil filter! Trust me, they are garbage. Fram is not the filter it used to be. Do some research and you'll see what I'm talking about here. I used to swear by them, but that was 20 years ago. Some of their filters are made "decent", but their build quality varies ALOT and their QC is non-existent. If you can't afford good fluids & parts, then you can't afford the equipment.

Lastly... The correct spark plug is NGK's BPR6ES / 7131 gapped @ 0.030". Get those crappy OEM "Torch" brand out of there ASAP! They will fail. The ceramic on the tip WILL disintegrate and fall into your combustion chamber. If I have to explain what happens next, then just never mind. You'll find out soon enough.
