Cub Cadet 3X 26HD Snowblower Carburetor tools for idel adjustment

Looking to remove the idle screw on the carburetor.  CC pn#651P05995; It's a Huayi carburetor and the idle screw has a "D" shaped opening within the circular Screw head.  I haven't been able to find the correct tool for it.  My snowblower has been surging and my understanding is that 90% of the time it's a matter of drilling out the low-speed jet (ever-so-slightly).  But to remove the jet the idle screw must be removed.  I've attached a pic with the idle screw featrured.  I have drivers that are called "D-shaped" however in this case the outside of the driver must be "D-Shaped" not the interior of the tool - if that makes sense.

    The EPA hath decreed tho shalt not mess with thy carburetor, we are not supposed to have the tools. If the carb is plugged replace it, they are not expensive. Also check the engie speed, it may be too high.

    If it is a reversed Single D tool you should able to make one but I haven't that version yet here.
     
    But all of the single D on larger engines is larger than the standard hand held two cycle ones.

    A new carb on Amazon is about $75.00 for #651P05995 so I wanted to try DIY first.  Thanks, AVB, I did grind down a side of a 1/4" bolt and slightly rounded the rest - and it worked just fine. Jet seems to be completely plugged.

    Okay finally figure how to view your image. That screw is only the idle speed. On this carburetor the pilot (idle mixture) screw is the one the has the head broken off.
     
    It looks like you have a P83 engine which I have service manual for but I don't a generic IPL for that engine so I would need the engine's model off the crankcase to see if that idle mixture is available.
