Trying to find a 220v 3 prong plug

The bottom outlets is what I’m trying to find plugs for but can’t seem to find any, is there also any way to change these out to a twist lock?

Your best bet is to go to your electrical wholesale warehouse that sells to the electricians as this is an old style receptacle.  As far as the twist receptacle they may too deep to fit in the area. It been several years since installed a twist receptacle but if memory serves they are a little deeper. Wiring it won't be a problem.

That is a 120V 20A receptacle which is no longer common. It should be available at Home Depot or Menards.

Roy, I think you are wrong in this case for the following receptacle. THe ones at the top of the posted image are the 20amp 120v ones.
