Troybilt Econo-Horse Oil Leak Help Needed

I have a 1989 Troybilt Econo-Horse Tiller that leaks oil badly from the Transmission Housing. Specifically it is leaking from the "CAP-rear bearing." See Part #18 on the attached Transmission Housing Parts Diagram. It started leaking while being stored in my garage for years. I had all the seals and gaskets replaced including the front bearing CAP gasket (Part #19) by an Authorized Service Center a couple years ago, but it still continues to leak. Any ideas why it is still leaking from that CAP? Thanks.

    I kinda doubt that they replaced all the seals. Plus being a '89 you probably have bearing wear allowing the shafts to tilt causing the seals to leak. Tine shaft use ball bearings and wheel axle shaft just uses bronze bushings.

    I purchased all the seals and gaskets and provided them to the Service Center. So I have to assume they actually did the work. Even though it's a 1989, it really doesn't have many hours on it. After I bought it I used it for about 5 seasons. Then I moved in 1995 and used it for 2 seasons. It started leaking after being in storage for several years.
