Craftsman 2500 PSI gas Pressure Washer leaks water.

I have just replaced all seals and valves and O rings with factory parts in my pressure washer pump and I have great pressure
when spraying. As soon as I release the spray trigger, the pump starts to dump water from the small openings.
These openings are from the empty cavity between the pump head and piston assembly. I would think that at
this time, the pressure in the pump would be at its maximum. Any help would be appreciated.

It the pressure regulator is working and bypassing as it should then normal operating pressure would be the pump head. If replaced seals are you didn't run the pump dry as this will quickly damage even new seals. You also have damaged plungers. If this only a 2500 psi pump it is just as cost effective to just replace the entire pump especially if it is a vertical pump.

We are not physic either so we need the your pump model number in order to look it up.

No, I did not run the pump dry. I do not know the pump number since Craftsman did not provide this
in the manual. I only have the the model of the pressure washer ( manufactured by Briggs and Stratton)
and it is 580752352.  Thank You

With Briggs wanting $224.55 the Himore  PWV(R)25/2.3 pump is a much better deal at $80. And is just a little more the Generac seal kit (193807GS).
