Ariens ST824 how to bypass the "Red Key" kill switch.

I am working on an older Ariens with 8 hp Tecumseh Snow King and want to bypass the kill awitch as it had been rewired previously and not sure what goes where
I am attaching photos for review and comments.

    The kill wire or kill switch for most engines is a small wire that attaches to the engine COIL.  
    When that wire is grounded out, it kills the spark...
     
    You can check around the machine for any safety switches and re-attach as needed. 
     
    You can also just put a toggle kill switch (on/off-one wire attached to the coil, to the switch and then grounded)
    Obviously defeating the safety switch's could be VERY HAZARDOUS.
