Need torque specs for 3.5hp Briggs

Im rebuilding 3.5hp engine for a Garden Way sickle bar mower.  Ive been trying to locate an online service manual for torque specs and such.  Not having any luck finding one so far.   Anyone have a source for this info?
This is a Briggs and Stratton model 92982 type 5368 02.  Any help is appreciated!
