Echo Leaf Blower PB-403T Won't Start
I have a PB-403T blower that was running fine and would not start after running out of gas. I cleaned the carb out and it started up and then after a little while it shut off again. I tried cleaning it again but have not been able to restart it. Being that I have not done anything to this blower since purchasing it new, I replaced the air filter, fuel filter and spark plug and then decided to replace the carburetor instead of rebuilding it. I installed the new carb and still can't start it up. I squirted fuel into the chamber and gave it a pull and it started right up which tells me that I have spark and it does run when it has fuel. I checked the fuel delivery into the carb and it seems fine (pump bulb and it returns fuel into tank). Fuel is a fresh blend and is not old at all. Could I just have a bad carb that I was shipped or am I overlooking something? Any help appreciated.
