Parts for a Tecumseh TC200-2106C

I have a Tecumseh TC200-2106C engine.
 
Need cylinder head (TPC-250302A), piston (TPC-310286A), and ring set (TPC-310271).
 
I found a cylinder head assembly.  Owner calling it a TPC-310270.  Will it interchange with the TPC-310271?
