FS85 Carburetor. Which one?

I have an old FS85 that I purchased over 20 years ago, and I need to overhaul/replace the carb.
There is only the number C1Q cast into the carb body, and no other model numbers are present.
It seems that there are many different carbs fitted to this model over the years. Will I be able to use any of them, or is it critical that I get the exact same one?
The serial number is 1 4281 2440.
Any clues would be much appreciated!

As Stihl doesn't publish parts lists/diagrams/PARTS it does make repairs slightly more difficult.

The below link is for an aftermarket carb.  Compare the pic's to what you have.
A Stihl dealer is about the only place you'll get a kit or OEM carb.
