GX 160 starts but won't rev

Hey guys. I have a GX 160 clone that will start and idle but dies as soon as it's given the slightest bit of throttle. The coil is new, the carb is new, the plug is new, and it ran fine a couple of days ago. Checked compression and it was below 50. I removed the head, reseated the valves and put a new head gasket on. The compression is now at 120. It wouldn't start before, now it starts but just won't move. Any ideas what I'm missing here?

There's a short video for reference.

Thanks.

Sounds like the carb is clogged.

Even thou it's new, you could have ingested some crap into the carb's main jet.

I'd pull the carb / bowl and check(pull and LOOK THRU) the jets.

If you partially hold the choke partially on, does that make a difference?
I gather you tried operating W/O the air filter on (testing only)?
