Replacement Throttle Linkage & Owners Manual

Hi all, first post here and not really sure what section to post this in as there is no wood chipper section here.
I just picked up an old Craftsman chipper with 10hp Tecumseh. The previous owner replaced the carb, air filter, spark plug and belt. He said he was never able to get it started. Within a half hour I got it started, carb adjusted and idling great. Problem is, the previous owner never reinstalled the throttle linkage. No idea what he did with it. The governor linkage is there but the throttle linkage is missing. I've been looking all over the internet for a diagram or an owners manual without any luck. Craftsman model 987.799930. When I look that up it shows a different model. 987.799931 looks more like the one I have but very little to no information on it.
Any help on a manual of linkage diagram would be greatly appreciated.

Hi and thank you. I did see that list. My apologies, I have the governor link, I am missing the throttle link. For some reason, this parts list does not show the throttle link? That is the correct chipper and motor.
