Mini tiller dies when throttled

I have a craftsman/MTD mini tiller model 316.299372. I replaced the carburetor, fuel lines, filter, and spark plug. It ran good the first time, but know it only runs when choked. As soon as you touch the throttle, it dies, choked or not.
