Redmax EBZ8500 won't start

Hello, I have a four year old Redmax EBZ8500 backpack blower that won't start.  I replaced the carb and ignition coil and set the air gap with a business card.  I disconnected the kill switch to isolate an electrical issue.  I checked compression and it has about 125psi.  It has spark.  I checked the gas tank cap and it looks okay.  After all this it still won't start.  Any other suggestions?  I thought maybe bad timing and considering replacing the flywheel but I don't want to continue throwing parts at it.  Any suggestions would be appreciated!  Thanks!

You can check the flywheel position initially by accessing it.

Pull the spark plug, access the piston. With a thin dowel/screw driver (etc), turn the crank to top dead center.  The flywheel magnet should be super close to the coil at that position.

You are getting spark jumping at the grounded plug correct?

If the you pull the spark plug after trying to start, does it come out wet or dry?

It's possible it's flooded.  You can turn the machine so the spark plug is facing down. Now spin of the engine (plug OUT), and check for excess oil/fuel mixture..  With that said, is the fuel fresh NOT ADDED TO OLD FUEL?
