Can you identify this carburetor?

B&S engine, 42E707; 2031-E1; 19.5 HP; 9708055A
Looking for a replacement carb.  Note 2 adjustments in picture:  idle speed and mixture rich/lean.

    Close, but no cigar.  Thanks for taking the time to search,  but no mention or visual of mixture screw;
