Homelite hedge trimmer

I am working on a Homelite hedge trimmer....26ht.....UT 40502. It has a Ruixing carburetor on it.    If anyone knows what the intial (and recommended) H and L miixture screw settings are, I would like to know. Also looking for recommended high speed operating rpms.  In addtion to the idle speed screw, there is an adjustable high-speed throttle screw.

Start at 1 turn out, counter clockwise for both RECESSED screws.

The screw closest to the engine is for low speed operation.
The screw closest to the air filter is for HIGH speed operation.

Set the HS screw for max RPMs, WOT.
Set the LS screw for a solid idle, doesn't flood or stall.

Your going to have to go back and forth when close as one does affect the other..
