Stihl 461 won't start.

I have a Stihl 461 that is impossible to start! I have replaced the spark plug. I have spark. I have cleaned carb and so far as that I have gas....but my spark plug is never wet. When clogged, it won't allow air to flow thru the engine... A common issue with Stihl's.. A wire brush with carb cleaner will work well... . Scott Quote #2
