Disappointed with 150BT backpack blower

A few months ago, I upgraded from a handheld blower to the 150BT.    From the getgo the blower did not impress.    It was barely more effective than the handheld, never seemed to run smoothly, and for the price is a total flop.   Then, after about seven or eight uses, it refused to start.    Since then, I've tried several times to start it and only got back pain for my effort.   It's only been run on ReadyMix and Husqvarna mix fuel.    Ive owned several two-stroke tools (trimmers, blowers, and chainsaws) over many years, but is the worst tool experience I've ever had.  I dropped it off at a service center today... hopefully they can find out why it's only useful as a boat anchor at this point.
