Can you feel any back and forth movement with the crankshaft?

Is there (should be) a hole for oil to be pumped just below the seal/or at the crankshaft itself.
If the hole is visible, and the seal set too deep, it can stop the oil flow and burn up the seal..

I replaced the seal . Put it back together
Started up and noted the flywheel had a wobble and vibration

I put the new oil seal in ,put it back together and started it that's when I noticed vibration and the flywheel had a wobble to it

Could the flywheel have been put back on wrong ? If not then it must be the crank shaft bearing
How can you tell if the bearing is bad on the crank

The flywheel should be tapered and fit "square" / flat with no wobble.

Can you push the flywheel BACK AND FORTH, even a little, with a pry bar?

Was there any event (machine striking something, etc) just before issues arose?

And the block IS the bearing looking at the parts diagram.

Thinking about it, a worn block would allow the flywheel to have the above mentioned play.
For it to wobble, it's either not seated, the crankshaft bent,  etc..

If the crank is wobbling, and there is no play(between the crank and case) it sounds like the crankshaft itself is bent.

Did it hit any objects or stop suddenly??

A worn block would allow the flywheel to have the above mentioned play.

For it to wobble, it's either not seated, the crankshaft bent,  etc..

With the flywheel off, clamp a steel coat hanger to the block.  Set the end of it
to JUST TOUCHING the end of the crankshaft (smooth surface).  Now, from the other end, rotate
the crank looking for "run out" (AKA a bent crankshaft).

I removed the engine today and took it apart
I know the bearing or sleeve is worn lot of play.
How can I make sure the crankshaft is good?
And where can I get the bearing or sleeve

Thanks for all of your help

When I go to upload it say MP4 no supported

Use this app, free and works great:  https://postimg.cc/files

The block, as noted earlier, doesn't have a separate bearing/sleeve.
The crank, being steel, is likely ok, a visual inspection for grooves marks etc
    would tell about it's condition.

Measuring the crank journal vs the block opening should show the difference between them
I have a site that posts about everything but the clearance you want to know.

In general, .002" to .003" is acceptable.  Its sounds like yours is way beyond that..

Can you measure accurately and post?
