Pulan Chainsaw running out of gas

I have a pulan chainsaw that had a fuel issue after rebuilding the carb and replacing the primer bulb. It would run for 30 seconds then die, pump the primer bulb again and it would run for another 30. I then took off the primer bulb and tried to put vacuum on the end the carburetor would have vacuum on, it was very hard to get gas to come through. I blew  a lot of compressed air through it and it seemed to help and the chainsaw runs a lot longer (maybe 5 mins) but it still seems to have the same issue. It is a new primer bulb. Any idea how to loosen up the one way valve in the bulb? Or any ideas on another issue? (the bulb is one piece so you cant get directly to the valve)

Are you certain the fuel lines are correct?

The line closest to the bulb should have gas RETURN to the tank (no filter)

Does the primer bulb fill normally when pressed?

Yes the primer bulb does fill correctly when pressed but I am not sure what you mean about the line closest to the bulb, but the carburetor does have a return and it works. I cant watch YouTube video's because I am on a third party intranet and they are blocked. Thank You!

The fuel should flow thru the carb in one direction...

Make sure the nipple on the carb, where fuel COMES OUT OF, goes to the tank(return).
    It'll only work one way.

you have the fuel lines crossed. This is the reason why it runs for 30 seconds when the primer bulb fills up and you start it watch the primer bulb when the gas is almost out of the bulb it will shut off reverse the lines and you will be good to go
