Model 3100 Zero Turn No Start Just Turns over

Model 3100 Zero Turn No Start Just Turns over

I had it running this morning and I was messing with the PTO and I accidently touched two wires together and It sparked and now all it does it turn over but won't start but before this happened it would fire right up no issue anyone know what could've happen when it sparked did it short something out?

    Check fuses first.
