Briggs & Stratton engine Briggs & Stratton engine 7.0 OHV 128602-0304-e1 040524FB.

I have replaced the carburetor, air filter, spark plug, blade & fuel line on this mower. It starts by spraying starter fluid into the carburetor, then dies. There’s gas in the carburetor bowl, but I can’t get it to stay running & I don’t know what else to check to resolve this issue, can anyone help? Thanks

    The engine obviously isn't getting fuel...
     
    Check the assembly by comparing to the parts list, and specifically check the MAIN JET  that it's clear..
