2019 Toro MX 5025 hot weather no start

Ok, here is the deal-
First thing in the morning when cold, mower starts right up. If I try in the afternoon when the weather is hot, I turn the key and nothing. I by passed the seat safety switch for testing. Same results, starts when weather is cool, not after running it or when it sets in warm/hot weather.
Some youtube video's suggest it is the safety system brain box which reads the signals from brakes switch, seat switch and so on.
I don't see it being the solenoid or starter as the mower just setting for a while when weather hot is the issue.
Changed the key switch as well.
Suggestions on what to check next ?
Thanks !!

Does it spin over OR spin over and NOT start (when the issue arises).

Make and model, HP of engine?

It has a Kawasaki motor Not at the mower right now for hp and model.
The motor does not turn over at all. Overnight then next morning cranks and runs like a champ. If I shut if off to move something, it doesn't crank and run until it sets and cools down.

Try jumping the starter solenoid if there's a separate mounted one, see if it spins over..

You can also run a direct, 12 volt line (from the battery)  to the starter to see if it cranks...
I'm suspecting a bad starter itself...  If it does NOT spin over with 12 volts direct to the starter-the starters toast.

Found a post on Youtube about this very subject. It suggested the park brake switch is the issue.
Went out this morning and tried to start it, zilch. Moved the brake levers back and forth a few times and then it started right up.  I like safety and all, but think I will and just wire directly.
