B&S 6.5HP for a Troy Bilt Pressure Washer

I have a Troy-Bilt Pressure Washer (Model: 01902) [class="yiv5842244258"]that I purchased from Lowes a few years a go.  It has the Briggs and Stratton 6.5HP Quantum engine.
The problem is that I cannot get it to start.  It will not even catch a little and cough,[class="yiv5842244258"] the cylinder is getting gas as well.  I am wondering if this is an issue with the ignition coil, as I have filled it with fresh gas and added SeaFoam, and have a clean air filter.  
                                                                                 
1.     I have checked for and I see a strong blue spark from the plug
a.     disconnected the kill wire on the magneto 
b.    grounded the plug to the engine housing
c.     turned the fly wheel and checked for a spark
 
2.     I feel air (compression) coming from the spark plug hole when pulling the starter rope.
 
3.     When I remove the magneto and put a multimeter (set to 20K ohms) from the spark plug wire to the terminal on the magneto.  It reads 4.43 ohms.  (I have seen online that the normal range is 9.2-11.)
 
Could this low resistance reading on the magneto be the cause of my problem? [id="yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1491951629179_11418"][class="yiv5842244258"]I recall seeing on you tube many other folks are having issues with this machine that was purchased at Lowes, in fact one person indicated that he had the engine torn apart and found some broken part, I can’t recall what the part was. Can you suggest anything else to check?

Once again, I appreciate your prompt reply.  I have sprayed starter fluid into the cylinder to no avail.  I have recently seen a post on another site suggesting that perhaps the intake or exhaust valves are somehow stuck open not allowing sufficient compression.  Does this make sense to you?  You think it is with my time and effort tearing into the engine to see if this can be the root of my (very frustrating) problem?

That was it!  I removed the engine cover and spun the flywheel by hand a few times.  I noticed that the exhaust valve was moving up and down and was able to be turned with my fingers but, the intake valve would only open a small fraction and was not able to be turned at all.  Following some excellent videos on You Tube I sprayed it with WD-40 and put some light oil down only the value guides.  And, first pull (ok, it was the second!) the pressure washer coughed to life.  A simple fix  - once you know how.  I want to thank you for your excellent advise.
