No fuel pump Gas is not reaching the engine. Even after changing the carburator the spark plug stays dry. The engine start with starter spray but only if i take of the carburator off. Then allow fuel to flow into another container checking for a good flow.. Is the choke butterfly closing when activated cold? Can you see it move closed? Remove the fuel line from the carb (pinch off line with a vise grip).
Then allow fuel to flow into another container checking for a good flow..

Is the choke butterfly closing when activated cold? Can you see it move closed?
