Briggs & Stratton Quantum 40 push mowe

Circa 1995 12T802-1166-01. Code 950131 59Sorry! New to all this! I have aB&S quantum 40 push mower. I replaced the carburettor and foolishly didn’t photograph the set up of the governor springs (of which there are two) I’ve searched the appropriate repair manual and the web but can find no diagram for this particular engine. The engine id is 12T802-1166-01 code 95013159 The engine will start and run smoothly only if I control the carb manually. Any advice would be much appreciated
