Weak spark on one cylinder

Model 44P777
Type 0110 G1
Code 088117YG
I have replaced ignition coil with B S part # 592846. but still have weak spark and no power.
The original coil had the spark plug wire on top coming out on the left side. I could not mount in this position due to bottom of coil hitting the mount on the left side, so I mounted it coming out the right side. Does it matter on position of coil or can you mount it upside down? If position does not matter any ideas on what to check?

As to the location, check part #'s for both. If their the same, it's fine.

And no, you cannot mount the coil upside down.  There should be markings on it for "UP".
