Need help with Choke/Throttle Rigging

I have a Cub Cadet RZT 50 mower with a B&S engine.  I bought the unit used, and cannot identify what engine it truly is.  Even so, I cannot find any information about rigging the throttle and choke cables.  I realized my Choke wasn't attached to anything.  All I can do is show you photos of my carb (single carb V-Tech(?) B&S).  If anyone can point me to the right set of instructions based on the configuration of this model, I'd greatly appreciate it.  Going to cross post over in the Cub Cadet forum, too.

    Sadly, there are no markings on the unit that will allow me to identify the motor.  The motor is not the stock one that this unit delivers with.
