One of a Kind?

I own a Craftsman T3000 that was built in 2018 model number 247.273300 and I have done many internet searches and haven't found a mower that is the same as this one. Shift lever on left side Forward, Neutral and Reverse. Mower deck controls on right side. Tractor is black and gray.
My problem is the tranny seems to have jumped out of gear? I can get it in forward but it takes a lot of manipulation no reverse at all. It does not seem to have any levers for disengaging the tranny like so many of the troubleshooting procedures call for. The sticker on the tranny reads 618-04903A s/n OC28803. I need some help, grass is getting high. The motor runs fine.

    Well, here's your mower:
    https://www.partstree.com/models/247-273300-13bp78xs099-craftsman-t3000-lawn-tractor-2018/

And here's a link to the drive mechanism:
    https://www.partstree.com/models/247-273300-13bp78xs099-craftsman-t3000-lawn-tractor-2018/drive-7/

I would get the mower lifted up and start inspecting belts, pullies, idlers, etc.
That includes idlers for the drive from the engine to the transmission.

I would tend to think it's something seized up, or just worn out, but not likely the transmission.
The parts pictures are small so blow them up larger and print them...

Your going to have to inspect you can get to closely, and possibly remove the deck
    so you can inspect further...

I've gone over the belts, pulleys and shifting mechanism all seem ok. The problem is that it will not go into reverse only has forward or drive also will not come out of drive no matter where the shift lever is positioned. It runs and mows ok just can't back up??

Can you disconnect the linkage at the transmission and manually move the shifting lever at the trans?

You may have to rotate the wheels slightly.  (Not running, just jacked up in the air some).

Thanks again SRTsFZ6 my post was here and then it was gone? I would post some photos but can't seem to make that work either. The tranny has a round rod connector coming out of front bottom of it. It connects to the shifter connection via a rod. I did pull on the tranny rod it pops in and out two clicks in two out. The connecting rod does not have a way to adjust it. I cannot find this type shifter to tranny set up anywhere.

I'm guessing but I'd think if it's clicking in both directions, the trans is probably good..

I would check and lubricate EVERY MECHAINICAL connection with that system...
