Older Honda GX340

I have a Honda GX340 with ignition coil 30500-ZE3-003 which is "triggered" by a coil pulser 30410-ze3-003.
Can anyone tell me the correct Ohms reading for these items.
I have no spark but cannot find any tech info as to how to test either item.
It is not the stop switch nor low oil sensor, I have "taken those out of play" to be sure I am only using coil and pulser.
The flywheel magnet has been cleaned as well as the coil, correct gap has also been confirmed.
New plug, strong magnet on flywheel. Need to test specs on coil and pulser. Please help.
