Westinghouse iGen 4500 Case and Bottom

Searching for advice on repairing the plastic case and bottom panel for my generator as both have cracked. What adhesives will bond? Do I overlay with resin and fiberglass mesh? In the alternative, where do I get replacement parts? From the diagrams, it appears the side panel is #11 and the bottom plate is #10, but neither produce any results when inquiring for them on this site. Also, are there any helpful guides for tearing down the generator to get full access to, or replace the bottom plate?

Background: I probably put too much stress on the right front leg of the generator, loading and unloading it from the bed of my truck and then strapping it down and the whole portion of the bottom plate where it attaches broke through. Then, in an effort to ease my back strain while changing the generator's oil, I had it elevated on an unsafe platform. That platform collapsed and the generator fell off, cracking the bottom plate in several places and the left side case around one of the bolt holes. I don't know what type(s) of adhesives will actually work with the plastic side panel, which appears to be a different type than the bottom plate.

Thanks!
