12.5 Vangaard Opposed exploded view

Hello, i have an old opposed motor, the intake valve is not moving (it is loose) on one of the cylinders.  Do the Camshafts break on these, or is there another issue awaiting me inside the engine case?
Does anyone have pictures of the inside of the motor (or alike model)
