60 INCH TORO TIMECUTTER MY RIDE SEAT HELP!!!

  How in gods name do you raise the seat on this mower or don't you?  Every video I see is the one with the battery under the seat.  Mine has the battery next to the seat on the right under a cover.  I need to look at the parking brake switch and that's the only way I see to do it?
