Generac 20 k thinks utility power is not there

Generac 20 kw on natural had 59 hours on it.

Last Friday the test cycle ran and would start then run about 15 seconds. Today good some time to see if I could do some basic troubleshooting

If I flip it to manual it will start and run for 15 seconds. Then it will shut off with an under voltage.

I started doing some searches. And then flipped it back to auto

When I flip the switch to auto it displays : “utility loss delay” pause for 30 seconds. It will start and run. About 15 seconds torn shut down and go to a 15 second timer counting down and Try to start when the countdown finishes which it does and then repeat the run shutdown and restart.
