Top no load speed setting B&S Intel V-Twin

I recently overhauled a Briggs and Stratton Intek V-Twin. The model/type is 44Q777-0137G1. Does anyone know the setting for Top No Load Speed? The repair manual says it's in sales manual MS 4052 but I don't have acces to that manual. Thanks.
